I had an incredible experience at Casa Bianca Adults Only in Koutouloufari. the hotel is located in the heart of this charming traditional village in Crete. the newly renovated property offers modern and comfortable rooms with great views of the Hersonissos coastline. the staff at Casa Bianca were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and even arranged trips for me. the hotel's chef prepared delicious meals, including the best Classic American Gourmet burgers I've ever had. the attention to detail and personalized service at Casa Bianca truly made my vacation memorable.

The hotel is conveniently located away from the bustling bars on the main street of the village, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is also close to the bars by the sea, making it convenient for those who want to join the fun at the pretty beaches. The rooms are clean and cozy, with functional air conditioning and comfortable beds.

The breakfast options could be improved, with limited variety and sometimes cold food.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Casa Bianca in Koutouloufari. The hotel staff was exceptional, always friendly and welcoming. One highlight of our stay was the weekly barbecue night, where we got to mingle with other guests and enjoy delicious food. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the pool area was beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers available. The complimentary water was a nice touch as well. we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Casa Bianca to anyone visiting the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They provided me with helpful tips and even offered to give me rides to the beach and bus stops. The room I stayed in was modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a balcony that offered stunning views of the coastline. The hotel also had a beautiful pool area where they served cold water and delicious fruits throughout the day. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast, which was an absolute dream.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, and great breakfast selection. the hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the beautiful views of the sea from my room and the pool area.

The price was too high for the value received. the room lacked sufficient storage space, and the towels were a bit small.

The location was nice, with plenty of sunbeds to go around. There were lots of lovely restaurants in the village, making it easy to try different cuisines. The bar area at the hotel was particularly good, where guests seemed to gather after they had been out to dinner. The staff, especially Vangalis, the bar manager, warmly hosted us and made us feel welcome. The service, room amenities, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms were all excellent. The staff were lively, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even said goodbye and shook hands when it was time to leave.
