We loved the breathtaking views of the Caldera from our room and enjoyed watching the sunset in the evenings. The cave rooms were unique and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with tour arrangements and airport transportation.

The wifi was unreliable and weak in our room, forcing us to go outside or on the steps to get a signal. However, the staff blamed the telecom companies instead of taking responsibility.

Had an amazing stay at a centrally located property with a spectacular view. The spacious and clean accommodations were complemented by exceptional service. The breakfast and pool area provided easy access to another awe-inspiring view of the sunrise and sunset.

Travelling with our 1-year-old to Fira was a breeze thanks to the amazing staff at this hotel. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs and even upgraded us to a suite. The shallow dipping pool outside our room was perfect for our little one to play in. The breakfast selection was delicious and the food from the pool bar was great value for money. The hotel's location in Firostefani made it easy for us to explore the island.

The stunning views at this hotel were absolutely breathtaking. Every time I stepped onto the balcony, I was blown away by the incredible scenery. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently located near Fira, making it easy to explore the area and visit nearby restaurants and attractions. Finally, one more advantage was that the hotel had friendly and helpful staff who were always happy to assist.

There were some aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy. It was not what I expected and lacked the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

It is conveniently situated down a path that runs just off the road and is very close to the Firostefani bus stop. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom, although small, has a unique cave-like feel. The staff provides excellent service, attending to requests promptly. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, keeping guests satisfied until dinner time.

The pool is small and shaded, limiting the space available for guests to enjoy.

This made it very convenient for me to explore the surrounding areas and visit nearby attractions. From the receptionists to the porters and cleaning staff, everyone was warm and welcoming. The service provided was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and tour assistance available.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning, just like in the brochures. We had two terraces, one that caught the morning sun and one that caught the afternoon sun. It was amazing to step out onto the balcony and be greeted by such breathtaking scenery. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. We were just steps away from a great selection of restaurants, bars, and mini-markets, making it very convenient for our stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was just okay, not great. We found it more enjoyable to dine at the various restaurants in the nearby Firostefani area.
