Our summer holiday at this resort was a great experience. The location was perfect, with many good restaurants and shops in the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate double bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection to choose from. The resort also had a beautiful pool area and offered a trip to the stunning Balos Lagoon. we had a wonderful stay.

One small downside was the lack of options for dinner at the hotel. The food was repetitive and not of great quality.

I had the most relaxing holiday at Creta Palm Aparthotel. The hotel's two pools provided a tranquil atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. I was impressed by the daily maintenance of the gardens and the clean pool, which didn't have a strong chlorine smell. The staff were friendly and polite, especially Gregory and Adonis who gave great advice. The food was excellent, with a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Greek cuisine was a highlight. The spacious room had a comfortable super king-size bed, although the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking. The hotel's location near the beach and close to Chania was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the rooms were clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette which was very convenient. We loved the multiple swimming pools, and the fact that the hotel was well-organised with ample parking made our stay even better. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of food, and we enjoyed having it with the sea view. the hotel was located near the bus stop and other key spots, which was very helpful.

There were a few minor things we disliked. the staff could improve their English.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, just across the street from the beach bars, was ideal. We enjoyed spending our days soaking up the sun and swimming in the clear waters. The hotel staff was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The rooms were even more beautiful than we expected, and they were impeccably clean. We were also impressed with the variety of food offered during breakfast and dinner. a wonderful experience and we will definitely be returning next year.

During our stay at Creta Palm, we were impressed by the amazing service provided by Eva, Dimitris, Giaanis, Stella, and Marianna. They were always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location was fantastic, with a supermarket, bus stop, and excellent restaurants nearby. The hotel's pool was beautiful, and we enjoyed delicious breakfasts with plenty of Greek cuisine options. The beach was just a short walk away, although it would be better if there were safer access for young children. we had a wonderful time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.
