The pillows provided by the hotel were not very comfortable.

De locatie was geweldig, direct naast de Noordzee en het grote meer, dat blijkbaar een favoriete plek is voor vogelliefhebbers. Het was heerlijk om daar te wandelen en te genieten van de prachtige natuur. Natuurlijk was het restaurant zeer goed georganiseerd, met vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten. We hielden er echt van om daar te dineren. Het hotel was natuurlijk weg van de drukte van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, wat zorgde voor een rustig verblijf.

Het enige nadeel was dat de kamer niet goed schoon was. Op de tweede dag werd de kamer "schoongemaakt", maar het leek erop dat er alleen handdoeken werden weggehaald en niet vervangen.

Stayed over the weekend and enjoyed the convenient location close to the train station and popular night spots. the rooms were spacious and had great amenities, including a coffee bar and free toiletries available at the lobby. the restroom and shower were well-designed and the water pressure was impressive. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience.

One major downside was the TV not allowing access to Netflix, a real bummer for those wanting to relax and watch something on their downtime. the pillows were not good and caused discomfort.

The bed is comfy, the room is clean and spacious for Japan standards. Walking distance to Dotonbori. Check-in and laundry room are spotless. Staff are excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
