I had a superb stay at a beautiful resort in Chania, Crete. The property was stunning and the staff at the kids club were lovely. The food was delicious, especially the outstanding breakfast with its ever-changing array of goodies. I was also impressed with the lifeguard and swimming teacher, Crisanna, who went above and beyond to help my son improve his swimming skills. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Domes Zeen Chania in Crete for a relaxing beach vacation. The resort was stunning, with a beautiful pool and friendly staff who were especially fantastic with children. The hotel has a convenient walking path that leads directly from the beach to Chania city. Speaking of the beach, it was just a few steps away and surrounded by gorgeous wildflowers in May. The rooms and facilities were top-notch, and I loved the fact that there was a private pool included in our room. it was a truly blissful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds and linen were incredibly comfortable, making our nights incredibly relaxing. The rooms were stylishly done with lots of nice touches, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was great, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away, along with a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We particularly appreciated the excellent service provided by Dimitris at reception and Giovana at the restaurant. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, offering great value for money. our experience at this hotel was excellent, and we would highly recommend it.

Unique design, beautiful artwork, and natural sunlight. Enjoyable pool experiences with friendly staff. Close proximity to central Chania for food and shopping. Spacious bungalows with nice sea views. Wide selection of good quality food.

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They were efficient, friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff remembering our preferences after just one encounter. They even made sure to have our favorite foods available at the next meal. Another highlight was the outstanding food. The breakfast was delicious, and the menu offered a great selection of local dishes. We also appreciated the nice wine list representing local products. the property itself was beautiful and clean, with tastefully decorated rooms. we had a great experience with the staff, the food, and the atmosphere.

The location of the hotel. It didn't have the most appealing surroundings and felt more like a back alley than a luxury resort.

During my Xmas vacation at this hotel, I loved the fact that it was close to the beach, where I spent most of my daytime taking in the stunning ocean view. the hotel staff was accommodating and friendly, making my experience much more memorable. the breakfast options were delicious.

They did not refill the bottled water, and the Nespresso coffee capsules were not replenished. the location was a bit far from the main attractions, and the hotel's restaurant was pricey compared to the local restaurants down the street.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to Nea Chora's great restaurants and bars. The beach is just a few steps away, providing a picturesque view while enjoying breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with nice products in the bathrooms. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The check-in process was lengthy and could have been more efficient.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the spacious rooms with beautiful sea views, it exceeded all my expectations. The outdoor swimming pool and beach access were highlights, as well as the top-quality restaurant and poolside snack bar. The spa and beauty treatments available were excellent, leaving me feeling pampered and relaxed.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the service at the restaurant, which could be hit and miss at times. However, this was quickly addressed by the restaurant manager and did not detract from my overall wonderful experience at this hotel.
