I had a great experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, with a beautiful view of the harbor and easy access to restaurants. the room was clean and spacious, and I particularly appreciated the fridge and safe. the staff was very helpful, even going above and beyond to find someone who could assist us despite the language barrier. the breakfast spread was also delicious, with great bread and plenty of options.

We had a wonderful stay at a small property in the heart of old town. the staff at El Greco were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay a pleasant experience. the location was stunning, with everything we needed within a 5-minute walk. the terrace on the 3rd floor offered a great view, although it was a bit too hot to enjoy our morning coffee there. the reception was open 24/7, providing convenience and allowing us to leave our room key when we were out. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the air conditioning worked well. the Greek breakfast served from 7.00-10.30 was sufficient.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city center, with all the important attractions just a short walk away. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for a stay that includes daily room cleaning and a remarkable Greek breakfast. The staff provides great service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, as seen on the website, are exactly as shown in the pictures and offer a cozy atmosphere.

The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable beds and great breakfast options. the friendly staff are accommodating and will help with car rentals on the spot. the location is fantastic, with pedestrian streets nearby for exploring. We particularly enjoyed the smart TVs and the amazing bathroom. our stay exceeded our expectations and we would happily return.

The hotel was busy during our stay and we were provided with a room with limited views. there was only one socket near the bed, which made charging our electronics a bit of a hassle.

It was situated on a street that felt like a film set, with charming cafes and close proximity to the marina. It was only a 10-minute walk to the swimming beach, which was a definite plus. And the best part was that it offered excellent value for money, as breakfast was included in the package.

The lively street view from the balcony provides endless opportunities for people watching. The room is small but comfortable with regular cleaning and towel changes. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Chania, as it is right at the beginning of the restaurant and shopping area and a short walk away from the harbor. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms had great views of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the noise level in the room, as it was located between the stairs and the breakfast room. However, overall, this hotel provided a clean, comfortable, and convenient experience.
