The hotel provided great technical support and advice for athletes and sports enthusiasts. the location was perfect for both touring and training with amazing places within cycling distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was top-notch with plenty of options for both adults and children. the pools were excellent, especially the kids' pirate pool with slides and the adults-only pool for relaxation. the entertainment was enjoyable for both little ones and adults. the hotel's proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and bars was a major advantage.

The hotel lacked a welcoming feel due to its larger size and busier atmosphere. the main buffet restaurant could get crowded, and the breakfast options were not the best.

During our recent stay at Viva in Playa de Muro, we were truly impressed. The hotel offered a delicious lunch and dinner menu, and the double room had a spacious and comfortable king-size bed. The adults-only pool area was peaceful and relaxing, and the gym and spa facilities were a great bonus. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, and the breakfast selection was excellent. We especially loved the proximity to the beautiful nature reserve.

I stayed at Viva Blue for a week in September and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even offering us free champagne and drinks upon arrival. The hotel catered to both couples and families, with separate pools for adults and plenty of entertainment for kids. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and local restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

This resort is in a great location, very close to the beautiful beach which is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi is a fantastic addition. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the entire stay. The all-inclusive package includes delicious food, especially at the à la carte lunch restaurant. there are bike rental options available, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy outdoor activities.

The dress code for dinner was not strictly enforced, with some guests disregarding the guidelines and wearing overly casual attire.

The staff at Viva Blue & Spa were extremely friendly and competent. They were always available to answer questions and provided excellent service. Their language skills were impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The rooms were clean and the hotel had good facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a 25m pool, which were perfect for training. The bike store was excellent and had all the necessary equipment for cyclists. There were restaurants nearby, although some were closed during my stay.

Felt at home, no complaints at all.
