We had a fantastic Xmas getaway! The hotel where we stayed during the holidays was great. They offered complimentary bottles of water and Christmas cookies in our room. The location was excellent, very near to shopping and dining areas in the city. We also loved the comfortable beds, which provided us a good night's rest.

We did wish that the breakfast buffet had more options. We also found the music in the restaurant a bit too loud for our liking.

The grandeur, spacious rooms, friendly staff, turn down service, tastefully renovated heritage.
