The whole property was kept in pristine condition, showing impressive care and attention to detail. The bungalow we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the bay. The on-site shop was well stocked and convenient. The room service was exceptional, providing a private and enjoyable dining experience on our balcony. The welcome we received upon arrival was warm and friendly, complete with delicious chocolate cakes and a welcome drink. All the staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, were excellent in their service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The private beach was a wonderful amenity, and the restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, including taxi transfer to the airport. The hotel itself was clean and smelled wonderful, with friendly and attentive staff. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the surroundings. The buffet breakfast had an impressive selection of options, catering to different preferences. The pools, beaches, and activities provided were top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and personalized service at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make me feel special, even celebrating my wedding anniversary with a surprise cake in my bungalow. The spa experience was amazing, especially the couple's massage. The food was delicious, and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. Despite a few minor issues with the room and AC, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I had a lovely holiday and a beautiful stay at Grecotel Eva Palace in Kommeno.

the staff at the hotel, Grecotel, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They even upgraded our room and provided complementary amenities. the rooms were spacious and elegant, and the breakfast choices were excellent. We were welcomed with a refreshing fruit and wine selection upon arrival. the pool and bar facilities were lovely, and we were impressed by the marvelous steam-producing shower.

That it was not recommended to use the sun beds adjacent to the beach due to the noise from the drone.

This hotel was the perfect location for our romantic escape. the stunning views of the sea from our room were breathtaking, and the spacious balcony provided us with a great spot to watch the sunset. We loved the all-inclusive deal that allowed us to enjoy delicious food and drinks without worrying about extra charges. the pool area was always clean and comfortable, and we never had to fight for a sun lounger.

The lack of entertainment let the hotel down. We expected more from an all-inclusive hotel, especially in the evenings.

The only negative aspect was the lack of beach umbrellas and loungers, which made it difficult to enjoy the beach fully.
