We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, overlooking the river and only a short bus ride away from the main shopping street and train station. The staff here were exceptionally polite and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. Breakfast was a highlight, served in our room at a time that suited us. the service and facilities provided at this hotel were excellent.

The location was perfect for us, situated in a quiet residential area with the tram stop just across the street. We enjoyed the stunning view over the bridge and the town. The staff was most attentive to our every request and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very good, giving us a great start to our day.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the river and a tram station right next to it. It was also within walking distance to both the train station and the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy home away from home. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast that was delivered to the room was exceptional, offering a wide variety of options. the hotel provided a great experience for longer-term business travelers, with its ideal location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

That the hotel did not have 24-hour reception, which made it a bit inconvenient if you needed assistance late at night.

I recently stayed at Ema House in Zurich for a few nights. The spacious suite was very modern and new, providing all the comforts I needed. The staff were genuine, friendly, and attentive, and even upgraded me to a top floor suite with a balcony and a great view. The complimentary items and amenities, including a wide selection of teas, made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, served in-room at the time of my choosing, was delicious and hearty. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. I would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved staying here! This place is conveniently located but also quietly tucked away from downtown in a quiet residential area with a tram stop less than 50 yards away. The service was exceptional with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry. The room was so spacious and clean with so many amenities, including soundproofed rooms, an in-room safe, washing machine, dryer. I also loved having breakfast in my room, especially the quality of the food like fresh eggs and cereals.
