I had a truly southern hospitality experience at Hilton Garden. The bar tender surprised us with a delicious breakfast, and the staff, especially Courtney at the breakfast buffet, were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location near the space center and easy access to I-65 was a major plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with a well-maintained room and public areas. The hotel facilities were great, including a gym and a refreshing swimming pool. The location couldn't be better, being right across from the US Space and Rocket Center. It was also conveniently close to the university campus and a short drive from the interstate. The staff, particularly Heaven at the front desk and the lovely lady at checkout, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The star of the show was Jessica, our server at breakfast, who was attentive and accommodating. a fantastic experience!

The hotel offers great value for money, being located close to a variety of restaurants and a nice mall area. It's also conveniently near the airport, with comfortable beds in the rooms and some breakfast choices, including muffins and juice available for purchase. Plus, they have alcoholic beverages to choose from at breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Space Center and surrounded by great restaurants. The hotel facilities were beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even provided pool towels upon request. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Amazing Customer Service

I was blown away by the exceptional customer service at Hilton Garden. The bartender, Shelia, was a true standout. She flawlessly took 14 orders without even writing anything down! I was in awe of her efficiency and attention to detail. Despite being outnumbered, she served cold Yuengling and managed to keep up effortlessly. Shelia even took care of our entire softball team with ease. She truly deserves a raise for her exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding customer service.

The pillows were squishy, which was a plus. The hotel restaurant had good food and the F&B Manager, Kevin Kelly, was a fun person to talk to. The staff was kind and helpful.

The pepper shakers need to be replaced as they didn't dispense enough pepper onto the food. The bathroom was dated and not very attractive.
