The Grecotel Lux Me Dama Dama in Kallithea, Rhodes, exceeded expectations with exceptional service and beautiful upgrades. the beach, pools, and food were superb. Though some areas showed signs of wear, the overall experience was top-notch, especially for families seeking a relaxed holiday.

Guests are greeted with a stunning water paradise, boasting swimming pools and water facilities, along with beautifully landscaped gardens and captivating surroundings. the leisure facilities are top-notch and coupled with a high level of service. the staff was incredibly friendly, always wearing a smile and displaying a great attitude. Captain Evangelos Maniskas stood out with his good humor and jovial personality. the hotel itself is fantastic, with a fantastic pool and beachfront location, providing guests with the best of both worlds. the on-site restaurants, especially the Asiana and Italian options, served amazing food. the buffet had decent choices, and there were child-friendly options available as well. the convenience of a bus stop to Rhodes city right outside the hotel was a plus for exploring the area.

One minor negative aspect of my experience was the challenge of securing pool sunbeds after 10 am, as they were often all reserved with towels.

The hotel staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant and beach bar offer a wide variety of dishes. The pools are large and have waterslides for children. The hotel yard has a lovely green area for walks in the evenings. There is a souvenirs market nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Amazing location with a beautiful beach and available sunbeds. Speciality restaurants provide a nice change from the buffet. The beach bar is a great spot for evening drinks. Convenient bus service to Rhodes City. Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at this 4-star hotel! The staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing, always providing excellent service. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. The highlight of my stay was the beach spa, where I had a wonderful time getting pampered. The animation team did a great job entertaining grown-ups, especially Marta, Laurencio, and Paulo. I also want to give a special shoutout to Katina and Kristina for arranging a late checkout for me. this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services, truly living up to its luxurious reputation.

While this hotel is quite luxurious and offers many amenities, there were a few minor issues during my stay. The cleaning in the rooms and corridors could be improved.

Had a wonderful Christmas break in an extensively renovated hotel. They had a top-quality pool with views to the sea and a beach bar with fabulous cocktails. Room was clean, with daily replenishment of towels and beach towels. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The buffets were somewhat disappointing and repetitive. the layout of the dining room could be improved, causing people to walk back and forth to get what they want.

my second stay in kallithea was even better than before. grecotel exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff, beautiful premises, and delicious food. highly recommend!
