Huge and clean place, useful facilities, nice and helpful staff, shuttle service available, pleasant experience.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the staff at this resort. They had such a "can-do" attitude and were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From the cleaners in our chalet to the restaurant to the front desk, we couldn't fault them. The service was exceptional, especially when we had an emergency at 3 am and needed a doctor. The staff went above and beyond, setting up a conference call to the doctor, staying on the line to assist us, and even coming around the following day to check up on our family. We give them a perfect 10 out of 10!

Christmas at this hotel was lovely! The beachfront location was perfect for taking in the ocean view and enjoying the warm sun. The breakfast options were impressive, with a mix of Western and local cuisine to try. Plus, the daily housekeeping was a big plus, leaving the room looking and smelling fresh every day.

The soundproofing was not very good, and we could hear people talking in the hallway or running in the room upstairs. , the room we stayed in was quite small and lacked storage space, which made it difficult for us to keep our luggage and belongings organized.

This luxury hotel has exclusive amenities that catered to my needs. The room was well-decorated with spacious cupboards and a huge garden, including a decent-sized and clean pool. The staff were friendly and welcoming and provided us with amazing shuttle services on the hour for the beach and every half an hour for the nearby mall. Moreover, the free 5 pm service to the village market and 7 pm pick-up was very convenient.

Although the villa was clean, there were some cobwebs in nooks and crannies that were not frequently used. It appeared a bit slapdash, which was a shame.
