the breakfast buffet was truly the best I have ever had, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the views from both the rooms and the breakfast area were absolutely stunning, providing amazing sights of the bay. the infinity pools were a highlight, offering a truly awesome and relaxing experience. the beaches were perfect for both kids and adults, with a separate beach for toddlers and a diving platform set up 60 meters into the ocean for older kids to enjoy. the accommodations were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. the hotel's strategic positioning made it convenient for exploring the region, and the proximity to the Heraklion airport was a plus.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with stunning views across the bay and easy access to town. The two private beaches are a major plus, and the main restaurant provides excellent service.

Some guests reported that the rooms could use a revamp and lacked the luxury expected from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel had a variety of tasty options for vegetarians and vegans, catered to our dietary needs.

We felt incredibly comfortable at the hotel, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

This hotel was an absolute luxurious retreat. the service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was divine. the variety of treatments was outstanding, and the sauna was just what I needed to unwind. the indoor swimming pool was the perfect temperature and I felt so relaxed afterwards. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the exclusive beach access was incredible with crystal clear waters and golden sand. the beauty treatments and manicure were so worth it. the restaurant was to die for, with a range of Halal and Kosher food options and catered to all my dietary needs. the poolside snack bar and the lobby bar were great spots to unwind.

The only minor downside I experienced was that the location advantages weren't as great as I had hoped, with not much to do in the surrounding areas.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. the view from the balcony was stunning, and the location was perfect – just a short walk from the beach. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

Our romantic escape was ruined by poor housekeeping. the room was not properly cleaned and the bathroom was not restocked with toiletries.

Friendly staff, unique amenities, beautiful private bay, breathtaking view, comfortable rooms.
