The beautiful gardens were perfect for our family with babies, and the playground kept the kids entertained. Our spacious room had a water dispenser and quick access to the restaurant, where breakfast was quite satisfying.

My wife says that more play equipment would enhance families’ experiences.

The room was spacious and clean, featuring a large TV and good WiFi. The grounds are charming, providing a relaxing atmosphere. However, the lack of amenities and unwelcoming staff dampened the experience. Tip, Check dining hours in advance as they have limited service options! Overall, decent but not great.

Breakfast was as basic as they come. I almost considered leaving a nice review, but the awful staff treatment with my friends shattered that thought, and I expected at least a polite acknowledgment of my presence.

My stay was marred by constant noise from renovations early in the morning. It made the last day incredibly frustrating and ruined my chance for a relaxing morning. The towel policy was ridiculous. I felt anxious about potential charges for natural stains. It just seems overly strict for such a relaxing getaway. This hotel had the potential to be great, but these issues overshadowed the experience.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to attractions like the Cathedral de Santiago and Central Park, just a short walk away. I especially enjoyed the beautiful grounds, which were relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The pool and garden provided a lovely atmosphere. However, I found the WiFi to be unreliable in the room, but it worked well in the common areas. Overall, a pleasant stay while exploring the city.

The Quadruple Room was spacious and super clean, which was a plus. The TV came with tons of channels. Netflix and YouTube, so we had plenty to watch. It was quiet at night, which helped us sleep well after our busy days. But the bathroom setup was just okay, nothing special. Would've loved a fridge or coffee maker, but overall, it was really comfy for our family stay.
