The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, especially during the new year celebration. the location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but still within walking distance of nearby towns. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the room we stayed in was slightly damp, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with Firostefani right on the doorstep. There are small shops, a cafe, and restaurants just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated between two larger towns that can be reached in 10-15 minutes in each direction. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities are well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also boasts stunning views of the Caldera from the balcony and pool area.

The pool area may be a bit small for those looking for a more spacious space to relax and swim.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Ira Hotel in Firostefani for a week-long vacation. The view from the swimming pool and lounge area was absolutely stunning, allowing us to enjoy picturesque sunsets every evening. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds, and our terrace provided a lovely spot to relax. The hotel's location was ideal, situated between Fira and Imerovigli, making it easy to explore both areas on foot. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious Greek specialties, and the staff, including Chris and John at the reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Santorini.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location was ideal, away from the busy area but nicely located with lots of restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently close to a bus stop in Firostefani. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the pool and public areas were stunning. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Despite a few minor inconveniences like a handheld shower without a higher holder and a chilly pool, I would highly recommend this extraordinary hotel. I had an amazing stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and restaurants. It was just outside of the main area, but still within walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. They were friendly and gave me helpful tips for exploring the island. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.
