The breakfast bar was one of the best I've encountered, with a great variety and good quality food. the staff was extremely helpful and gracious. the hotel was clean and fresh, giving the impression of being newly built.

The room was small and a bit dated. the noise from the nearby highway could be heard inside the room.

The front desk personnel, especially Ms. Royale, provided top-notch customer service, answering all of our questions and being incredibly professional and helpful. The hotel had ample parking, making it easy for us to come and go. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was right off the interstate and not too far from downtown, making it easy to access the Augusta area and nearby restaurants and attractions.

Failure to disclose the incidental charges upfront was disappointing. the hotel is showing its age and the guest rooms, workout facility, and pool are just adequate.
