The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, offering me drinks upon arrival and giving me a tour of the entire hotel. The room design was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautiful pools and a spa at a sister hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the drop-off point and close to restaurants but still quiet. The breakfast served was fantastic, a real highlight of the day.

The room upgrade to a Jacuzzi and terrace was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location, views, and pool options were fantastic, and the breakfast in the room was a treat. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning panoramic vistas of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. the location of the hotel was also perfect, situated in a prime spot in Oia where we could easily explore the charming streets and shops. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any request or question we had.

We were a bit disappointed with the smell in the bathroom. It had a slightly unpleasant odor that lingered throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Katikies Santorini. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Oia with restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are clean and offer stunning views of the ocean. The pool overlooking the sea is a highlight and creates unforgettable memories. The spa was a delight, especially their steam spa which helped clear my head cold. The personalized welcome from the hotel manager and the warm and friendly staff made my stay even more wonderful.
