I recently stayed at Steigenberger for the second time in the last month, and I had a fantastic experience. The upgraded room had a much more comfortable bed, and the young gentlemen serving in the restaurant provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently close to AMS airport and offers a shuttle service. They also did their best to accommodate us when we needed to add an extra night. Additionally, I loved that my cat was allowed to stay with me, and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. It is so convenient for the airport, just a short shuttle away. The room was so well equipped with everything I needed, and they even provided a welcome drink for me when I arrived. The spa and wellness centre was an added bonus with a heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, and full body massage. The staff at the reception were attentive and efficient, helping me with my luggage and storing it for me after check-out.

The room was spacious with plenty of storage and a great bathroom and shower. the sliding door provided privacy, and the shuttle to the airport was convenient and quick.

The chairs in the reception area were worn out and didn't match the rest of the hotel. the service at the reception was also disappointing, with issues during check-in and check-out and a lack of concern or solution for a problem with storing and retrieving items.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay and couldn't have asked for more! the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. the location was perfect, being close to the airport and all the transport links we needed. the room was clean, tidy, and well equipped with two complimentary gifts that we loved. the bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept better than we do at home. the breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious choices. And the pool was a fantastic bonus, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

The only negative point is that the cost of the room was a little high, but it was worth it. the fluctuation of prices is something that should be avoided, and it would have been nice to have a discount offer for longer stays, but overall, we had a great experience.

This hotel is an amazing value for money with its perfect location. The rooms are comfortable with dream-like beds and all basic amenities. Milly Moirs omelette for breakfast was served with fresh orange juice squeezed!
