The hotel's location and cleanliness were excellent. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi connection was strong.

Although the walls of the hotel were thin, causing some noise disturbance from other guests, it didn't heavily impact our overall experience.

The location of Kefalonia Grand was perfect for exploring the town. We were able to easily walk to the main square, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the bustling Argostoli, but still quiet at night. The staff at the front desk, especially Cassandra and Martha, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were also amazing, providing excellent service and a warm atmosphere. Our grand suite with a sea view was spacious and had a double balcony, which was a nice bonus. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect central location and attentive staff.

They even decorated my room for my sister's birthday surprise! The Master Suite with a hot tub on the balcony was absolutely stunning and the views were breathtaking. The room was spacious and well-kept, with all the amenities I could ask for, including decent wifi and a fridge. The cleaners did an amazing job and provided fresh towels every day. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection to choose from and even made-to-order hot dishes. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. I cannot thank the hotel enough for the perfect stay.

This hotel is extremely well located in the heart of the town center, right on the waterfront and close to all the action. It's only a short walk to the harbor where you can see the turtles in the morning, and it's also conveniently located near the marina for easy access to ferries and tour boats. The staff here are absolutely fantastic and provided amazing service throughout my stay. From the helpful and friendly receptionists to the attentive cleaners and manager, everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience.
