Incredible rooftop views. staff was genuinely helpful.

Staying at Mariet Naxos Spa & Suites felt like finding the secret garden behind a café, where everything is charming and comfortable. The Deluxe Suite with Sea View was a literal balcony paradise, perfect for toasting the sunset with a glass of wine. With the outdoor space featuring sun beds and a hot tub, it was hard not to feel like a celebrity every evening!

A bit noisy from nightlife.

The location is perfect, with shops and restaurants just steps away and the port nearby for easy travel. The rooftop deck offers stunning sunset views, and my room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The steep steps to access the entrance can be quite challenging with luggage.

i was utterly shocked by the absence of a receptionist at all hours and had to contact them via WhatsApp instead, how unprofessional. the kitchen was a joke, not even a plug for the sink. as someone of my status, i expected a complimentary upgrade but was treated like any other guest, just couldn’t stand it.

Steep and irregular steps to reach the entrance can be quite daunting with baggage!!! The lack of a receptionist at all times leads to unnecessary confusion and poor communication!!! The kitchen equipment was disappointingly sparse, lacking basic essentials for a functioning kitchen!!!

Absolutely loved this place! ! So clean and welcoming, such a cozy, modern escape!

The suite we had was super clean and comfy. The hot tub was a nice touch! We enjoyed the large balcony in our Gold room, perfect for relaxing. The rooftop space had stunning views at night and the location made it easy to hit up shops and restaurants. Staff were super nice too!

Steep stairs to the front door were quite strenuous with luggage!!! The small lift made getting to upper levels a hassle!!! The shower controls were overly complex—seriously, who needs that many buttons? !!!

However, navigating the steep and irregular steps upon arrival was a bit daunting, especially with luggage. Also, I encountered minor issues like limited kitchen supplies and ongoing nighttime noise from nearby nightlife.

The location in the heart of old town is perfect for exploring and enjoying local dining. The rooftop terrace offers stunning sunset views and is a great spot for a glass of wine. The hospitality was exceptional. the staff provided excellent recommendations and were always eager to help. The recently renovated room was stylish and equipped with modern fittings, ensuring a comfortable stay.

It was just a fitting option for a concise stay in Naxos City with all in all brilliant value for money. The air conditioning did a decent job of keeping the room cool despite the warm weather outside. If you need a quieter room, ask for one on a higher floor to avoid noise from the street.

Staff accessibility only in the morning, but the views and amenities are exceptional!
