The receptionist, Thomas, was exceptionally helpful and organised our taxi and breakfast. Room with a wonderful view, close to reception and restaurant. Convenient spot near Mastrachi port and quick taxi ride from the airport. Highly recommend for beach and airport proximity.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the sea and stunning sunsets. The gardens were well-maintained and added to the overall charm of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. We also loved the proximity to the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean.

The pool was quite cold during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

I also appreciated the variety of services available, from car hire to laundry, and the delicious buffet breakfast at the on-site restaurant. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience that exceeded my expectations.

Great pools and beautiful gardens. the food was plentiful and fresh. the balcony from our room had a great view. the beach is just a short walk away, with some nice places for food and drink.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and only available in certain areas. the mosquitoes were a real problem, probably due to the gardens being watered.

We stayed at Mastichari Bay Hotel for a week during our regular trips from Leros to Barcelona. The receptionist, Thomas, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to catering to my dietary needs as a person with celiac. The gardens were stunning, filled with scented flowering plants everywhere. the staff provided first-class service, friendly and proactive, making sure all our needs were met. the view to the sea was breathtaking, adding to the overall beauty of the surroundings.

The interior of the room felt a bit empty and old fashioned. the furniture looked cheap and could use an upgrade.
