I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very close to the train station and just a short distance from Malpensa Milan airport. It was so convenient for my travels. Additionally, I loved that it was right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the area.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, as it was near the train station and within walking distance of shops, banks, and grocery stores. It was a great base for exploring the Varese area. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The personnel were also very welcoming and always willing to help with any inquiries or assistance needed.

One negative aspect was that the side bed lamp did not work properly.

Located in a bustling area with great dining options and entertainment nearby. the staff was warm and hospitable, always willing to help with anything we needed. we were lucky to have direct parking at the hotel which was a huge plus.

The hotel could definitely use a modern update and the cleaning could be improved. Some aspects of the room, like the outdated decor and dusty floors, were not up to par with our expectations.

Comfortable beds, small fridge in the room, good breakfast selection including gluten-free options, helpful staff, convenient location for public transportation.

The location was just perfect - right in the heart of the city. I could easily explore the old town and visit the main market, all within walking distance. The area was so peaceful and there were plenty of food joints and shops around.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. The staff was amazing, the location was great, and the room was comfortable.

My partner and I recently stayed at Crystal Hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The room, although small, was extremely clean and well-maintained. We were impressed with the view from our room, overlooking Sacre Monte, which was a beautiful spot for walking. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight, offering a plentiful spread of delicious options. we had a great experience at Crystal Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
