I had an amazing stay at a beachfront hotel in Platanias! The location was unbeatable, just minutes away from the sandy beach with clear water. The hotel had multiple pools, perfect for both kids and adults. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen with all the necessities. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the chicken breast with mushroom sauce. The wifi connection was reliable throughout the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is located in an excellent spot with access to great beaches like Falassarna and Elafonisi. You can enjoy the beach right in front of the children's garden or dine at the restaurant with a beautiful view. The service provided by Panos from the restaurant is outstanding.

We had an incredible romantic escape! the location was perfect, with easy access to everything. the staff was beyond friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. the food and drinks were also a highlight, with a great variety of options and everything was high quality. We particularly enjoyed the refreshing cocktails by the pool and the delicious breakfast buffet.

That the mattress was quite soft and uncomfortable, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. the cleaning service was not great, as we often found things left unclean or not properly restocked in the room.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and received a fantastic room upgrade with a jacuzzi on the terrace. the hotel staff were exceptional, with a perfect score of 10+. the rooms were cleaned daily, and the restaurant served incredible Cretan-style meals right on the beach. We felt truly pampered and relaxed during our holiday. We'll definitely be returning one day and can't wait!

This hotel is amazing, it fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities were top-notch; the spa lounge, outdoor swimming pool, and treatment rooms were all clean and well-maintained. the staff provided excellent service, and the restaurant served delicious buffet breakfast with special diet menus. the location was perfect, only steps away from the beachfront, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The room advantages were also impressive, I had a comfortable bed and a private outdoor area with a sun terrace and pool views. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was slow service at the poolside snack bar.
