Had a great Christmas at this hotel! Enjoyed delicious food at a reasonable price and the staff was warm and attentive. the location was perfect, just steps away from a beautiful beach and convenient tuk-tuk service for exploring the area. the activities offered were also a plus, including a Thai cooking class and a chance to try local fruit carving.

The rooms were a bit dated and some had noise from nearby bars, but it didn't keep us from sleeping. the front desk staff could have been a bit more organized with room assignments as some guests were asked to move rooms in the middle of their stay.

Staff friendly, good position, free transfers, complementary meal, relaxing.

Can't fault anything about it.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and exceeded all our expectations. the stunning architecture and design of the hotel were breathtaking. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the peaceful surroundings to relax and de, stress. Our beach side villa was spacious, with a comfortable bed and walk, in dressing area. the kitchen was fully equipped with a full, size fridge, freezer, hob, microwave. This hotel's tuk, tuk service made it easy to explore the area without any hassle.

The only minor issue we had was with the key access system, it was a bit heavy and inconvenient to carry around. Reflection: Staying at this hotel was a unique and memorable experience.
