The room was top-notch; super comfy bed, great decor, and a lovely view out the window. You can kick back on the sun terrace and enjoy the beautiful garden area, they even have a well-equipped gym for fitness buffs. Only downside was the teeny tiny TV and dodgy signal, but nothing major to rain on my parade! Can't wait to be back for more countryside chillin’! 🌳.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious country house hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the dinner options were even better! My room, the Ivory Room, had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The decor, fittings, and furniture throughout the hotel were all of a very high standard, creating a truly luxurious atmosphere. I felt absolutely spoiled by the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. Everything was meticulously maintained, making my stay here a truly enhanced and comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, nestled in a beautiful garden, provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff, who were very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including an ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities. We also enjoyed the lovely garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings.

We stayed at a charming country house for a wedding. The staff were amazing and transformed the rooms seamlessly. The bar area had big comfy chairs, perfect for relaxing. Our room had a great bed with squishy pillows and cozy dressing gowns. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was excellent, although we had to go to a local pub to eat. The building and décor were lovely, adding to the overall ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The shower in the Gold Room was difficult to use due to a wrap-around curtain, which could be a safety concern for older guests.

Great location close to everything we wanted to see, and right in the heart of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. the breakfast was tasty and there was a good variety of options to choose from. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep after wandering around the bustling city all day.

The hotel could use some updates. the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room quite warm and uncomfortable during the night.

We even had the bonus of spotting a tawny owl in the garden, perfect for our birdwatching trip. We've already booked to stay again next month.

As youngsters, we loved the fantastic views and beautiful property. The room was spacious, clean, and had great decor. The staff paid attention to detail and provided a good selection of teas and coffees. The TV had all the channels and streaming services, and we enjoyed being able to watch from both the chairs and bed. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the food was consistently great. The well-stocked bar and restaurant were also a plus.

We felt at ease during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The Drawing Room is perfect for an intimate meal. The bar serves drinks and friendly banter. The homemade food is simply delightful.
