The staff was very helpful, and they made our romantic escape a true delight. the breakfast was amazing and varied, and the eggs and pancakes made to order were fantastic. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach, and the hotel had a safe in the room that was free of charge.

The noise from the busy street was a bit too much for us, and sometimes made it hard to sleep. some parts of the room could have been cleaner, as we noticed some uncleaned cups and a dirty shower curtain.

The staff at Mitsis were incredibly helpful when I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. They promptly moved me to a new room where everything was in perfect working order. I truly appreciated their quick response and dedication to ensuring my comfort. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful side sea view. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious, and the coffee was top-notch. I had a great stay at Mitsis and would definitely recommend it to others.

The facilities in the room were satisfactory, although we did wish for more electrical sockets for charging devices. the comfort and quality services provided here made our stay truly enjoyable.

I had an incredible time staying at a hotel in Rhodes. the personnel, especially the reception staff and barman/lady, were amazing. the hotel had everything I needed for a great stay, including an excellent breakfast. Its location was perfect, not far from the beach and city center. the room was fantastic, with a balcony offering a lovely sea view. All in all, Mitsis provided a memorable experience.

My stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location of this place is perfect, with close proximity to both the west and east beaches of Rhodes town. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby, making it very convenient to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. The hotel itself is right on the beach, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the crystal-clear waters. Additionally, the short walk to the harbor and moderate walk to the old town make this hotel's location simply unbeatable.
