The best aspects of my xmas experience at this hotel were the exceptional value and the high, quality facilities. the all, inclusive package provided great value, allowing us to enjoy all meals and drinks without any extra costs. the five pools on the premises were well, maintained and provided a variety of options for swimming and relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's location was key, providing easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful beaches. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and make the most of our holiday.

The worst aspects of my xmas experience at this hotel were the cleanliness and condition of the rooms and the poor quality and variety of food at the buffet restaurant. the rooms were not up to par for a 5, star hotel, with rusty mirrors, dirty surfaces, and cracked bathroom seals.

Gorgeous oceanfront room, pristine pools, excellent service, lovely gardens, wonderful spa, delicious food.

Had an amazing time at this beachfront resort! the room with a sea view was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the beautiful swimming pools and clear beach. the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. the food was of good quality, especially in the a la carte restaurants. Plus, the free reservation system for the restaurants was not a huge issue.

Some staff members were rude, but the majority were friendly. the location is not ideal for exploring the rest of Crete.

We had an exceptional stay at this resort. The selection of food in the main restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety available. We especially enjoyed the dedicated brunch area for late birds, where we could enjoy a nice brunch if we missed breakfast. The à la carte restaurants offered a great variety of choices, and the fish restaurant, Italian restaurant, and Pan Asian restaurant were our top picks. We also loved the champagne and sushi bar, which was perfect for a romantic evening. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to solve any issues we had. The property itself was beautiful, with picturesque white and blue buildings and flowers everywhere. The multiple swimming pools, including one for kids, provided a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the live music, which made our evenings even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated on Laguna island. The surrounding area is picturesque and perfect for relaxation. Maria from the specialized restaurants provides excellent service and the closest bars are just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with daily stocked minibars and coffee machines. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities, including multiple pools and a small shingle beach, cater to everyone's needs.

The resort offers great value with all-inclusive perks, including meals and drinks. There are 5 pools and well-maintained facilities for relaxation and enjoyment. The variety of food options is excellent, catering to different preferences. The hotel provides a range of activities for kids, including a playroom and a mini club. The staff, particularly Yannis from the main restaurant, provided exceptional service and made guests feel at home. The minibar and Nespresso capsules are replenished daily free of charge. it is a great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hersonissos. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The large pool areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was also very convenient, near the center of town and with easy access to the ocean.

The resort offers spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, multiple restaurants with a variety of cuisines, including Asian and Italian, an all-day crepes and waffles bar, a sushi bar, and several bars serving a wide range of alcoholic beverages and cocktails. There are three different pools, including one with a water slide. The resort also has a private beach with dedicated staff serving drinks and ice cream. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The property is well-maintained, and the all-day bar is a great hangout spot with live music.

Felt good, nothing to complain about.

The variety of food was excellent, suitable for all ages. The quiet pool by our room was perfect, and we had easy access to watersports.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Crete and had a fantastic experience. The food at the various restaurants was amazing, especially the Italian, Cretan, Asian, and Fish options. The spa was also top-notch, with highly skilled therapists. We also enjoyed a family photo session with the hotel photographers, which resulted in wonderful family photos. The multiple outdoor swimming pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the cocktails and fresh drinks served were delightful.

The value for money was excellent, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was great, with a private beach and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Staff were superb, especially in restaurants, spa, and reception. The room was excellent. Pool music was enjoyable. Food was exquisite. Saltwater pool was refreshing. Enough sun beds available. Kids loved the buffet and creperie. Fruit platters and complimentary champagne were delightful. Main pool was heated. Swam in April despite not great weather.
