I had an absolutely stunning stay at this resort. the staff, especially Mary on reception, were fantastic - always friendly, personable, and willing to help. the resort itself is very well looked after, with smart and professional staff. the attention to detail is excellent, and the resort is always tidy and clean. the transport links to Kos and Kardemena are excellent, making it easy to explore the area. the weather was stunning, with plenty of pools to relax in and beautiful views over the sea. the all-inclusive bar with alcoholic drinks till midnight was a great perk, and the restaurant staff were always friendly and polite. a wonderful experience.

the exclusive amenities were impressive, such as the Spa & wellness centre offering an incredible variety of treatments and massages, the indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the outdoor swimming pool with beach access and the live entertainment, which made every day special. the food was diverse and of high quality, with buffets and special diet menus available.

the aqua park was a bit overcrowded, probably due to the summer tourists' high demand.

Friendly staff, amazing beach, beautiful grounds, good restaurant choices, excellent service.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the sea. the staff at Mitsis were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the Manager Savvas and young Stefanos. the resort had excellent facilities, including multiple pools and a lovely infinity pool. the food was delicious, and there were plenty of restaurant options to choose from. the all-inclusive package was a great bonus, with free drinks and a daily restocked mini bar. the location was convenient, only a short 20-minute drive from the airport. I had a wonderful experience and would consider returning in the future.

We had a romantic escape at a hotel that had amazing infinity pools and provided breathtaking views. the friendly staff were always helpful, and the place was sparkling clean. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurants, especially one that offered reservations. It was also great that there were outdoor activities provided.

The hotel's terrains and stairs were steep, which could be difficult for some guests. There weren't enough handrails, and we encountered some lighting issues at night.

Excellent room with mini pool and spa on balcony. Beautiful view of beach. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good transport links. Clean and tidy resort. Fantastic food and plenty of pools to relax in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the superior room with a pool was perfect for our solo trip. We enjoyed relaxing in the room and took advantage of the lovely infinity pool. the staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel offers a range of restaurants to choose from, and we particularly enjoyed the packed lunches they organized for our day trips. the location was beautiful, with stunning views and a variety of facilities to enjoy. We also had a great time horse riding during our stay. we were impressed with the hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future.
