Our stay here was actually perfect. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, just a minute away from the vaporetto station. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still within walking distance or a quick 5-minute water bus ride. The hotel itself had a very old-fashioned charm to it, with spacious rooms that were well-maintained and clean. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. We would definitely come back here again.

The only downside was that some of the staff members were a bit offhand and not as welcoming or helpful as we would have liked. However, overall, this place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As someone who enjoys peace and quiet, staying at this hotel was a delight. I loved the tranquil atmosphere and the well-maintained enormous park surrounding the hotel. It was the perfect place to unwind and take a leisurely stroll. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the outdoor lounge sofas where I could enjoy a drink and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Being located in a local neighborhood away from the touristy city center was a huge plus for me. Just a few minutes away from the St Elena waterbus stop, I could easily travel to the city center or even to Lido. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were always helpful and attentive.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even surprised us with a complimentary breakfast for two and a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday! The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the tourist crowds, but still within easy reach of all the attractions. It's a quick 3-minute walk to the vaporetto stop and only a few stops away from St. Marks Square. The rooms were modern and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. And the breakfast.oh my! For just 9 euros, we enjoyed a wide variety of delicious options, including Venetian cakes, fresh fruit, and Prosecco. It was the perfect way to start our days of exploring.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location is a little far from the center, about a 25-30 minute walk or a short vaporetto ride, but it was quiet and peaceful, a welcome retreat from the busy streets.

The size of our room was a bit smaller than expected, based on the pictures online. Additionally, some of the furniture in the room appeared to be dusty, which was noticeable in natural light.
