My recent stay at Nautilux Hotel in Rethymno was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff at the hotel made us feel incredibly welcome. the rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a maisonette with a jacuzzi, which was a fantastic bonus. the hotel grounds were well-maintained, with two pools and a private beach area with a variety of comfortable sun beds. the food provided a good range of options, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was truly a perfect stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a private beach, providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view from their spacious rooms and make use of the comfortable loungers and bean bags on the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

The gym facility is quite small and requires advance sign-up, which may be limiting for some guests.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. the food and drinks were of great quality, with plenty of options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the cocktails. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had direct access to the beach, and was situated away from the main road, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Although the design was modern and impressive, there were some features that needed to be fixed, such as the motion sensor light in the wardrobe. there were a few minor maintenance issues.

This hotel is definitely luxurious! the exclusive amenities are top-notch and staff are always available to fulfill your every need. the modern and spacious rooms are a highlight, as well as the quality food at dinner. Beach access is great and the sun loungers are of good quality.

A minor issue with the bathroom getting a bit wet due to the small wall dividing the shower from the rest of the bathroom. it is otherwise a great place to stay with outstanding luxury.
