The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist us with any questions or concerns we had. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was within walking distance to many facilities and attractions. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, as there were a variety of choices available and it was a good value for the money.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't like. the rooms could have been a little more spacious.

I stayed at the Blue Lagoon City for a week-long vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was spotlessly clean and stylish, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The pool area was beautiful, and we loved that there was poolside service available. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious food. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Blue Lagoon City was excellent, with a stylish and clean room offering great sunset views. The location was perfect, central yet not loud, with the sea and the promenade just a short walk away. The staff treated us with kindness and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The breakfast option could be improved by providing more seating space to avoid waiting and searching for seats.

Great location just a short walk from the vibrant harbor and the charming old town square. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, offering excellent facilities for guests to enjoy.

I needed to find a local dentist during my stay, and although reception didn't have a list, I was able to locate one with the help of a friendly pharmacist just a 5-minute walk away. It would have been helpful if the hotel had a list of dentists available, even if it was just for reference.

Our stay at Blue Lagoon was wonderful. We had a lovely time. The rooms were just like on the pictures. Airconditioning works well. And it’s extremely clean everywhere in the hotel. There’s a gym. An indoor pool, outdoor pool. Breakfast is really extensive. You can take something different everyday. We ate at the restaurant of the hotel 3-4 times. During the day they have a snack menu and at night a dinner menu. Both are lovely. Food is always good but the prices of the dinner menu are on the high side. More like belgian/dutch prices. But it’s always lovely and quickly prepared. Staff were always super friendly and accommodating. We were happy that we choose this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated in a very good area, close to the city center and in a residential area. The room is spacious, nicely decorated, and has a huge balcony with a view. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering special courtesy rooms for getting ready after checking out. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and hot food options. The swimming pool is big and spacious, perfect for relaxing.

The personnel can be a bit distant and sometimes not available when needed.

The hotel offered a nice variety of breakfast options and the facilities were kept very clean throughout our stay. The location was great, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly cleaning staff who always seemed to be working hard to keep the hotel looking nice.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt impersonal and business-like. The staff were not very welcoming or helpful, and we were disappointed that they couldn't assist us in arranging transportation despite it being off-season.

The Spa facilities were excellent, especially the Hot Stone Massage. The pool area was lovely and the hotel was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location, just a short walk to the old town and the harbor. Will definitely choose this hotel again when I return in September.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel was located in a mainly residential area, so it was not noisy.
