panorama suites in fira, santorini exceeded our expectations! stunning view, friendly staff, and a fantastic location in the heart of the hustle and bustle. the room was clean and spacious with a private balcony overlooking the caldera. we couldn't ask for more!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to the main bus station, making it easy to travel to everywhere on the island. Additionally, it is within walking distance to the best restaurants in town, ensuring that you have a variety of dining options. The room itself is luxurious and comfortable, with fantastic views and easy access to the pool and breakfast bar. The staff is also very helpful and generous, providing excellent service during your stay.

The air conditioning in the room is barely working and centrally controlled at 27 degrees, which can be uncomfortable especially during hot and humid days. It would be better if the temperature could be adjusted individually to suit each guest's preference.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely excellent -- they provided exceptional service and nothing was a problem! The location of the hotel was also fantastic, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the bus terminal, and the cable cars. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with three rooms, two baths, and a wonderful terrace with a view on the caldera.

What an amazing experience we had! the breakfast here was to die for. There was such a wide range of food and options, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Plus, the staff were always on hand to help with anything we needed. the location was perfect - set away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to explore the area on foot. Lastly, we couldn't get enough of the stunning view from our balcony.

If we had to nitpick, then we could say that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas. But, really, that's just a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect holiday.

The hotel is well-placed with a supermarket nearby and situated on a cliff with stunning views. The rooms all have private balconies, which are definitely worth it. Basic amenities are provided, and the breakfast served with a great view across the volcano crater is included.
