The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They took the time to call around and find prices for scooter rentals, which made my transportation much easier. Additionally, they provided a free shuttle to a sister location with a private beach and pool, offering a beautiful and relaxing getaway. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was just a short walk to the town square. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Great location in Mykonos town, friendly staff, early airport shuttle, nice rooftop terrace, modern and well-equipped rooms. Sunset views, access to sister hotel's private beach, swimming pool and spa. Good breakfast spread. Beautiful all-white Greek Island style, lovely ocean and city view porch. Incredibly helpful and kind staff. Super clean and pretty rooms. Best location near old port, close to everything. Exceptional staff, specially Christos. 5-min walk to old port, restaurants, and local bars.

As business guests, we thoroughly enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff, who provided assistance with bags, excursions, and local recommendations. The hotel's sister beach resort, with its private beach, swimming pool, and spa, was a great addition to our stay. The location was convenient, with major attractions just a 10-minute drive away. The rooftop terrace offered stunning sunset views, enhanced by the nearby club music. The rooms were clean, modern, and adequately sized, with a good bathroom and shower. The breakfast spread had a decent selection to suit all tastes.

Loved the stunning terrace with beautiful views over the bay and sea. The staff was helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the vibrant pedestrian area and a short walk to the waterfront.

Our room was incredibly noisy, located next to an alley filled with motorbikes that were constantly being started up throughout the day and night. It made it almost impossible to get a good night's sleep.

I was amazed by the level of service and care at Petasos! When I accidentally left my phone in a taxi, Christos immediately called the cab company and had the driver return it within 20 minutes. And when I forgot our passports in the safe, the staff went above and beyond to retrieve them and deliver them to our new hotel on another island. The location was great, just a short walk to the old port and town. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace was a perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience at Petasos.

This hotel is excellently located, just a short walk down a few steps to the town centre and within walking distance to Little Venice. The attention to detail is evident in the beautiful quality bedding and comfortable rooms. The staff are lovely, and the breakfast served on the ground floor and in the covered sun porch is full of variety with some tasty cheese pastries.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk away from the city center and all the main attractions. The rooms were clean and equipped with air conditioning. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to their sister hotel, which had better facilities and amenities.

The room size was a bit small, and the air conditioning didn't work properly, making the room hot and stuffy. The noise from outside, including people shouting and motorbikes, was quite bothersome.

We had a great time at this hotel! The value for money was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location was excellent, with the hotel being within walking distance to the charming Little Venice area. The rooms were bright, clean, and had very comfortable beds. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options.

The shower cabin was a bit on the smaller side, but it wasn't a major issue for us.
