I recently stayed at this hotel for a month and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even upgrading my room when they couldn't provide the one I had booked. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms was exceptional. Additionally, the restaurant's food was absolutely delicious.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Monterrey and had a fantastic experience. the hotel's location on Avenida Colon near the Central Bus Station was incredibly convenient. It was just a 5-minute walk from the Central Metro Station and a large supermarket, making it ideal for those who prefer to be near the bus station rather than in the busy city center or San Pedro. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They provided excellent service and were attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all electrical items working perfectly. I found this hotel to be a great value for money.

There were some issues with the WiFi and water situation, which made it difficult to work and use the showers and restrooms as desired.

Great hotel with reasonable rates. the room service was fantastic and reasonably priced. the location was key, as it was convenient for all the Christmas activities in Monterrey. the staff were friendly and helpful, willing to go out of their way to assist me, even though I don't speak much Spanish. the room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel was a little old and the beds were not very comfortable. the towels provided were old, stained, and in bad condition.
