The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even upgrading my room when they couldn't provide the one I had booked. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and rooms was exceptional. Additionally, the restaurant's food was absolutely delicious.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Monterrey and had a fantastic experience. the hotel's location on Avenida Colon near the Central Bus Station was incredibly convenient. It was just a 5-minute walk from the Central Metro Station and a large supermarket, making it ideal for those who prefer to be near the bus station rather than in the busy city center or San Pedro. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They provided excellent service and were attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all electrical items working perfectly. I found this hotel to be a great value for money.
