The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging tours for us and providing helpful recommendations. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family. We especially loved the cozy sheets, pillows, and towels. it was an excellent experience for us as a family.

I stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the city center. The personal at Pillow Urban Stay were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect, with various attractions, sights, and restaurants close by. The room was modern and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the quiet, pedestrian-only street and the effective curtains that blocked out the sun. The staff provided excellent service, and although I didn't try their breakfast, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the White Tower and the seafront. The hotel itself has a clean, modern decor and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a spacious terrace and views of the White Tower. The beds were comfortable and the hosts provided coffee and tea in the room. The parking was nearby and easy to find. We even received traditional Greek sweets upon arrival. our stay exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was within walking distance of many attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city.

One downside of the hotel was the view from the balcony/window, as it wasn't the best. However, considering the central location of the hotel, this was understandable.

We had a wonderful stay at a modern, stylish place on a quiet street, just a glimpse away from the White Tower. The staff went out of their way to help us find parking for our car box loaded ride in the middle of the night. The location was perfect, with small cafes nearby and everything we needed within walking distance. The hotel was well organized and the amenities were abundant. The staff were kind and offered us free tea and coffee in our room. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short or long stay.

I recently stayed at Pillow Urban Stay for 3 nights on a leisure trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and bars. The staff was incredibly helpful and the pillows in the room were the best I’ve ever slept on in any hotel. Additionally, the parking arrangement was convenient, allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel before parking our car just 200 meters away.
