The location of the hotel is excellent, with several restaurants nearby and being close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and have a modern design. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides great service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast offers delicious freshly squeezed juice. Guests have the option to visit the main resort for additional facilities and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.

The smart TVs in the rooms had limited viewing options.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities provided at this venue, including the Spa & wellness centre, with a wide range of treatments, and the beautiful Outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a well-maintained garden area with sun loungers. the staff was highly professional and attentive to our needs, offering us personalized services that made us feel special.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a private shower cubicle accessible to guests after checking out.

We got amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was absolutely fantastic, and we loved having our own private plunge pool. The location was perfect, with beautiful mountain views and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Amazing stay! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the food was top-notch, with a wide range of options. the hotel location is great, close to the town center and the beach. the room was modern, cozy, and very clean.

The hotel lacked a traditional Cretan themed dinner. there wasn't much to do around the hotel in terms of activities, but that's typical of small boutique hotels.
