The views from the restaurant were breathtaking, and the 33 m pool was perfect for lounging around. Plus, the free shuttle into town every thirty minutes was quite a delightful perk! I slept like a baby in that comfy bed.

The bathroom could've doubled as a broom closet—tight squeeze! And don’t even get me started on that road leading to the hotel, a mini rollercoaster ride!

Perched on a hill, the hotel offered breathtaking views over the city that truly elevated my experience. The spacious pool area was a serene oasis, perfect for relaxing between my explorations. The staff was wonderfully accommodating, especially when I needed assistance planning my daily excursions.

Noise levels near guest rooms impacted rest, limited soundproofing allowed hallway conversations to disturb, inadequate toiletries left much to be desired!!! WiFi was unreliable, and parking availability posed convenience issues during busy times!!!

While the bar could offer more variety beyond beer and wine after midnight, the overall experience was memorable.

Waking up to stunning views of Chania was a daily joy! The complimentary breakfast was extensive, and the friendly staff made our stay even more delightful. Plus, the free shuttle was a huge convenience!

However, we faced a few hiccups with our room. The pool could have been cleaner, and some areas felt a bit tired. Still, it didn’t overshadow the amazing experience we had.

The cold pool was a bit rough, but the stunning views and awesome breakfast made up for it. Chur to the staff for being super friendly!

royal sun is an amazing hotel! we stayed in an economy double with a balcony, and the views were stunning. the shuttle bus to the harbor made it super easy to explore. breakfast was rich and tasty, and we loved dining while watching the sunset from the restaurant.

had an amazin time at royal sun hotel! the views r epic, especially the sunsets from the sea view rooms. the breakfast was super good with a ton of choices. the pool area was nice and clean, and the staff was really friendly, shoutout to roula and nicola for being awesome! the free shuttle to town made it easy to explore chania.

but the bathroom was kinda small, and figuring out parking was a bit of a hassle at night. also, the road to the hotel was pretty bumpy!

i thought i was checking into a royal suite but received a stale, dark room with a broken a/c. if only someone had offered me an upgrade, but i guess 'regulars' get no special treatment. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
