I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hillside hotel on the stunning island of Crete. The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of both the town below and the sparkling sea. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on my balcony, taking in the scenic beauty. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with well-maintained rooms that offered a nice view. The poolside private terrace was a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of both hot and cold options to satisfy every palate. I especially loved the fantastic orange juice that was served fresh every morning.

The staff, especially Roualla, were incredibly helpful and made our celebration special. The hotel was clean and provided a free shuttle into town. we highly recommend this excellent hotel with great views and brilliant staff.

Had a nice Christmas break but my stay had its ups and downs. One of the complementary facts offered was good as it was a shuttle service to the town although getting a seat was difficult. Another complementary fact offered was the breakfast buffet which had a good variety. the location of the hotel was also key as it was near the airport making it easy to get to. the nice advantage was the wonderful view from my room's balcony of the sunset over the sea, a sight I would never forget.

The worst aspect of my stay was the smoking smell that I found everywhere, and it was not pleasant at all. the second worst aspect was the service from the staff.

Renovated rooms are impressive, tastefully designed, and very clean. Good breakfast and great facilities, with a must-see view. This is a prime example of a value-for-money hotel. Super comfy beds with fantastic city views, great bathrooms, and friendly, welcoming staff. Can't wait to return!

This hotel is an amazing value for money. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the pool area was outstanding. The pool had fantastic views of the old town and provided a comfortable and relaxing space to spend the afternoons. Additionally, the rooms with balcony overlooking Chania were perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a peaceful and restful sleep every night. The hotel also offered a shuttle service that was quick, reliable, and free, making it easy to explore the beautiful old town.

All was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
