Quiet room overlooking the river was lovely.

I really enjoy the amazing location, as everything is just a short walk away—from charming shops to iconic filming locations. The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to help, especially in the dining area where the food is simply delicious! The room is cozy and clean, making it perfect for a budget traveler like me.

i nearly gave this place a glowing review, but the tiny issues were simply too much to overlook. the mold in the bathroom and dust build-up made it hard to relax, not to mention the stained cup in my room. a welcome gift would have been nice too, but alas, it seems i’m just a regular guest after all.

I had a lovely two-day stay here, welcomed by warm staff that made me feel right at home. The superb outdoor space for dining was perfect for enjoying my meals after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Royal Abbey of Cong and the Statue of John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara, both just a short stroll away.

Perfect location near Ashford Castle and film sites.

I noticed that the hotel could benefit from some modernization. While I appreciated the clean and modern design of the bar area, other parts of the hotel felt a bit dated. Additionally, I found it inconvenient to have to walk around to the front with my luggage when accessing the hotel from the car park.

I had a pleasant time during my stay. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I especially appreciated the prompt service in the restaurant and the good quality food. I had the chance to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while having my meals. Being from Italy, it was a nice change to explore the area. Free WiFi throughout the property was a great bonus for my plans. I would rate my experience highly.

The entrance could use modernization!!! I had to wait a while for check-in since no one was at the front desk. Managing luggage in a confusing layout is certainly not ideal!!! Parking could also be more organized!!!

Ag man, the staff were proper friendly, ja! Made me feel right at home and gave me solid tips for exploring. The brekkie? Lekker! Fresh every morning and kept me fueled for my adventures around the village. Comfy room too, flippen nice!

Only downside was the no smoking area—it could do with some shelter from the rain, you know?

Had a great stay with a comfy king-sized bed and excellent breakfast options, but missed having more air circulation in the room. I'd definitely return!

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour security. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace, which I’ll always remember. I’m coming back for Easter!
