I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, from the warm reception staff to the complimentary airport transfers and daily shuttle bus into town. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and amazing sunsets. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fabulous pool and comfortable pool/beach beds. The breakfast buffet was probably the best on the island, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and I loved the traditional style house buildings spread across the hillside, which gave a feeling of individual space. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The pool facilities were incredible, with plenty of areas to relax and unwind. the view from the pool was also breathtaking, providing a beautiful backdrop for a day of lounging. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious food to choose from.

The lack of interaction from the general manager was disappointing. It would have been nice to receive a simple greeting or acknowledgement from the person in charge.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the private beach and infinity pool with a superb view, were outstanding. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation services, including free shuttle buses and airport transfers.

The pool was clean and never too busy, with breathtaking views of the sea. the restaurant served the best grilled fish and lobster we've ever had, and the breakfast had a huge variety of delicious options. the staff were attentive and professional, and the concierge and reception were always helpful. the free shuttle service and exceptional drivers made transportation easy.

Some rooms had balconies facing a busy path, which compromised privacy. the front desk sofas and rooms didn't meet the expected 5-star standards.
