The location of this hotel is fantastic with a small mini market next door and just a 3-minute walk to a beautiful volcanic beach and Perissa's lively restaurant/bar strip. The rooms were surprisingly nice, even better than what you see in the pictures. They were clean, comfortable, and had basic amenities. The service provided by the staff was amazing. From the moment we arrived at the airport and were picked up by Irina's husband, we felt welcomed. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

All was perfect.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff treated me like a valued guest, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast selection was amazing, catering for all tastes and preferences. I was also delighted to find that the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for me to take relaxing walks along the shoreline. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a big terrace and a beautifully renovated bathroom. Fresh towels were provided daily, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

Nothing to improve, everything exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the black sand beaches of Perissa, allowing easy access to the sun and sea. It is close enough to enjoy the beach, but not so close that you hear dance music all night long. The rooms are nice and tidy, with a fresh renovation that provides a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, assisting with logistics such as renting a car and finding local transportation. The breakfast offered is delicious and varied, providing a nice start to the day.

The walls are not particularly thick, so some noise from outside can be heard, even with the windows closed.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Perissa, located just a short walk from the beach. The room was spacious and had a mini-kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. The breakfast served each morning was delicious, especially the Greek yogurt. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was also great, with a supermarket and souvenir shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Clean, cozy room with balcony. Helpful and friendly owner. Convenient location near beach, bus station, restaurants, market, and bakery. Good and varied breakfast. Free airport transfers for stays of 4 nights or more.

Our recent stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The key location us within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Another advantage was the hotel's free transfer to and from the airport which was very convenient. the rooms were comfortable and included a fridge with a freezer, and a kettle with tea and coffee.

The bathroom was small, and there was no ventilation which left everything wet after a shower. , the breakfast was simple and stereotypical, so if you stay for more than a couple of days it may become boring.
