The staff at Scala De Faro were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice and personal french press coffee, was a delightful start to the day. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the location in the center of Chania made it convenient for exploring the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, we had an overall wonderful stay at Scala De Faro. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel located right on the sea, with the beach just a stone's throw away. The hotel was centrally located, in the heart of the old town port, making it convenient for exploring all that the city had to offer. Our room was beautifully designed, with a modern and stylish decor. The bathroom was spacious and well-lit. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast spread was luxurious. The views from our sea view room were breathtaking, allowing us to fully appreciate the stunning bay.

There were some limitations in terms of amenities and facilities.

Amazing high-standard design, friendly staff, luxurious breakfast, stunning sea view. Room smelled like a soap shop, felt pampered. Location near boutique stores and close to the sea. Delicious breakfast served with a view. Walking distance to taverns, bars, and restaurants. Will definitely return!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the presidential suite, and I must say, it was a dream come true! The room was enormous, with a beautiful private garden and a jacuzzi that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the four windows in the room provided breathtaking views of the venecian port. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfasts were also outstanding, with delicious coffee, fresh juice, and omelettes made to order. If I ever find myself in Xania again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I highly recommend it.

This hotel is an absolute paradise! the location is perfectly situated in the heart of the city with breathtaking views of the harbor. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and met all my needs during my stay. the room advantages were exceptional, with private facilities that made me feel pampered. the service provided was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. the in-room breakfast was exceptional, and I loved waking up to delicious meals every day.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the night club was too loud. the hotel staff was quick to resolve the issue and provided me with a quieter alternative.
