The one service that I missed during my work stay was a reliable and consistent Wi-Fi connection.

The rooms at Novotel Christchurch Cathedral Square were quiet, spacious, and offered lovely views, allowing my family to relax. the hotel's location near landmarks like the 185 Empty White Chairs and North Hagley Park enhanced our family bonding experience. the staff assisted with a great babysitter service, and the proximity to restaurants and bars made dining out convenient.

The hotel's decoration was charming and welcoming, with cozy corners perfect for relaxing. the general areas were easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like myself.

Only wish the children working there could offer more assistance with carrying luggage.

We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We loved being directly across from the cathedral. The service was excellent, from the assistant manager to the concierge, everyone was so helpful. The room was comfortable and luxurious, with a great TV and cozy bed. We also appreciated the amenities like the ironing facilities and in-room safe. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to others.

We found that the car park was difficult to navigate as it was a bit confusing to enter. the room felt a bit outdated as there were scuff marks on some furniture, which detracted from an otherwise great experience.
