We had a fantastic time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the local town center for shopping. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, from the moment we arrived with a warm welcome drink, to the helpful service in the dining room where they catered to our every request. The hotel had a wide range of amenities and services, including a spa and wellness center, outdoor swimming pool, and even a water park for the kids to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and a lovely terrace to relax on. We were impressed with the quality of the food, with a buffet breakfast offering plenty of choice, and the staff were always willing to answer any special dietary requests. we had a wonderful experience here.

The hotel has a great location near the water slides, allowing families with kids to have a fun-filled time. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of high-quality food, providing guests with an overwhelming choice. The hotel is also conveniently situated right next to the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms.

There were some issues with the hotel's environmental practices, such as the excessive use of plastic cups and towels. The hotel should consider investing in reusable cups and adopting a more sustainable approach to towel usage.

I had a fantastic family holiday at a large complex in Hersonissos. The hotel rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and polite. There were plenty of activities for everyone, and the food options were great. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable family vacation.

Excellent facilities with clean pool areas and well-equipped restaurants, ideal for children. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great location near the beach and waterpark. Aquarobics instructor deserves new equipment.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and had an overall enjoyable experience. The complimentary snacks and drinks during our stay were a pleasant surprise, as well as the convenient location near local attractions. One advantage we particularly enjoyed was the variety of activities available for kids and adults, including waterslides and go-karting nearby.

The pool bar was overcrowded, and it was challenging to get more than two drinks at a time. we were disappointed to find out that the pool was open to non-hotel guests, which made it even more crowded.

We had a fantastic stay at Star Beach Village in Hersonissos, Crete. The front staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. Our room overlooked the beautiful sea and was clean and comfortable. The all-inclusive package gave us access to a great selection of food, including delicious Cretan cuisine. The hotel had plenty of water play areas for the kids and nightly entertainment for everyone. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist. a wonderful experience.
