The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the frozen forest. The restaurant served delicious meals, especially the breakfast. The staff, especially Heidi, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. They even helped us with our activities and arranging taxis. Despite a missed flight, the staff was understanding and incredibly helpful. The hotel also offers an alert call for the aurora borealis, which I found to be fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Lapland Hotels. the location on top of a hill provided a stunning panoramic view, especially from the restaurant. the hotel's Scandinavian atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature made for a truly relaxing experience. the highlight of our stay was the friendly and enthusiastic waiter, Tai, who made our evenings at the restaurant incredibly enjoyable. it was a very pleasant stay.

The bar area on top of a hill with a panoramic view is a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The selection of books in different languages is a nice touch, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The room service, according to one reviewer, is prompt and efficient.

The location, view, and sauna were amazing. November menu and breakfast were superb. Extra touches were appreciated. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Aurora hunting and walks were perfect. Fantastic restaurant with top-quality food. Lapland Suites were well suited for families. In-room sauna was a nice addition. Comfortable beds, warm and inviting room. Great selection at breakfast with a nice view. Clean and immaculate public areas.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of the snowy forest with wonderful trails just outside the door. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with a 24-hour reception and the convenience of not needing a code or keycard to enter or exit the hotel. The breakfast restaurant offered beautiful panoramic views, and the food was exceptional, with delicious local flavors. The room itself was decorated beautifully, giving it a peaceful and luxurious feel. The bathroom had nice extra products, and the sauna was classy and elegant. The beds were comfortable, and the room had high-quality Finnish toiletries, making the stay feel even more luxurious. I had a truly relaxing and satisfying experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel, which was situated on top of a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding forest and river. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily access the nearby slopes for skiing. The rooms were comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the private sauna. The service was outstanding, with the staff promptly returning a lost item. The breakfast provided a wide selection of food, and the restaurant had delicious options. The hotel's cozy reception with a fireplace added to the overall charm.

Beautiful place. Just back from a 2-night trip to Lapland and had a lovely time staying in this hotel. The restaurant is a stand out, gorgeous food both in the morning and the evening, huge selection and the friendliest staff who were on hand at all times and had a great knowledge about their food and food allergies which are extremely well catered for. The rooms are basic but comfortable. My only complaint would be that the heating is turned up high but it was minus 3 outside and I would definitely prefer the heating turned up rather than down.

The room was very old and the radiator didn´t work at all. The rooms should be updated.
