We had a wonderful stay at Swiss Diamond Hotel in Pristina. The hotel's decor and ambiance exuded luxury, making us feel like we were entering a different world. Our spacious room on the 5th floor had a comfortable bed, a balcony with a pleasant view, and a luxurious walk-in shower. The hotel provided bathrobes and slippers, adding a nice touch. Despite being a light sleeper, I had peaceful nights of sleep due to the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. The staff members we encountered were attentive and provided top-notch service. The restaurant offered a varied menu at reasonable prices, and the steak tartar was simply delicious. The breakfast spread was ample, with the scrambled eggs being some of the best I've had in a long time. The hotel's free spa access for guests was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful interior and offers great facilities such as a top spa with 4 saunas, a hairdresser, and a Turkish bath. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, assisting guests in organizing trips. The restaurant serves delicious food and the room service is fast. The bar offers top signature drinks and snacks, and there is also a shisha lounge and sushi bar.

The breakfast was delicious and the spa, although closed, was promised to be amazing. The staff were kind and understanding, even giving us a better room with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi. The hotel had everything you would expect from a luxurious 5-star hotel, including a world-class pool and spa. The staff made us feel special and cared for, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations and I will definitely be coming back!

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is within walking distance of everything. With access to plenty of restaurants, you won't have any trouble finding a place to eat. The rooms are classy and well decorated, with comfortable beds that feel like they were made from heaven. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel also boasts a large pool, a Jacuzzi, and adequate beds for relaxation.

The hotel lacks tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. However, with amazing local and cheap coffee readily available nearby, it's not a major inconvenience.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful during my stay. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its central location, as it was within walking distance of bars and restaurants. This made it really convenient for exploring the city and trying out different dining options.

One issue I had during my stay was with the lack of check, out information and policy. There was no mention of the check, out time in the room, and I experienced a rude incident where the electricity was switched off in my room without any prior notification.
