We had a wonderful stay at Swiss Diamond Hotel in Pristina. The hotel's decor and ambiance exuded luxury, making us feel like we were entering a different world. Our spacious room on the 5th floor had a comfortable bed, a balcony with a pleasant view, and a luxurious walk-in shower. The hotel provided bathrobes and slippers, adding a nice touch. Despite being a light sleeper, I had peaceful nights of sleep due to the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. The staff members we encountered were attentive and provided top-notch service. The restaurant offered a varied menu at reasonable prices, and the steak tartar was simply delicious. The breakfast spread was ample, with the scrambled eggs being some of the best I've had in a long time. The hotel's free spa access for guests was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, assisting guests in organizing trips. The restaurant serves delicious food and the room service is fast. The bar offers top signature drinks and snacks, and there is also a shisha lounge and sushi bar.

The hotel had everything you would expect from a luxurious 5-star hotel, including a world-class pool and spa. The staff made us feel special and cared for, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations and I will definitely be coming back!

The rooms are classy and well decorated, with comfortable beds that feel like they were made from heaven. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel also boasts a large pool, a Jacuzzi, and adequate beds for relaxation.

The hotel lacks tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. However, with amazing local and cheap coffee readily available nearby, it's not a major inconvenience.

One issue I had during my stay was with the lack of check-out information and policy. There was no mention of the check-out time in the room, and I experienced a rude incident where the electricity was switched off in my room without any prior notification.
