We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Platanias, Crete. The premises were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive program had a reasonable timetable with delicious meals. The pool bar offered refreshing drinks and snacks throughout the day. We enjoyed the various theme nights and the entertainment. The location was convenient, with a bus stop and boat trips nearby. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday experience.

I stayed at Sunrise Village for a week with my family and had a wonderful time. The room was lovely, spacious, and had two bathrooms which was a great convenience. The all-inclusive food was delicious with a variety of options daily, and the BBQ night was a highlight. The staff were all friendly and professional, especially Giannis at the pool bar who made us feel special. The location was convenient, with a mini market nearby and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. we had a great and relaxing time.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Crete and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and kept very clean throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location, close to both the shopping street and the beach. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, with the hotel being tidied up at the end of each day and always having an abundance of sunbeds available. The basic amenities provided were more than enough, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The air conditioning units in the rooms were also a standout feature, as they were the most efficient I've ever used in a hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including unexpected treats like french fries and pizza slices, although that was not always my favorite. I was impressed with the value for money and the high level of service provided by this hotel.

The split level floor rooms for 4 people are spacious, clean, and feel brand new. Two bathrooms are a great convenience. Balconies offer a lovely evening retreat. The pool snack bar is also great. Nearby mini market is convenient for drinks and snacks. Lovely time here.

The hotel had a great pool with a bar that served some really delicious cocktails included in the all-inclusive package. the breakfast was also really nice with a lot of variety to choose from. the location was perfect for my business trip, being close to both restaurants and shops. Another advantage was the spacious and clean rooms which were really comfortable to stay in.

Sunrise Village Hotel in Platanias was an excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package included delicious and varied food options. There were plenty of activities to keep children entertained, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is also conveniently located near the beach and a shop for amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to Konstantina for her exceptional service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, which were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was superb. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Lastly, the location was ideal. It was just a short taxi ride from Chania airport, making our arrival stress-free. Plus, the hotel was close to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at our convenience. The rooms were also in a nice modern style with stunning views.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Sunrise Village really went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable. the staff, from Babis in the pool bar to Eleni in the restaurant, were all amazing and friendly. They were always smiling and eager to please. the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and I never had to worry about the cleanliness of the glasses, plates, or cutlery. the room, a Junior Suite - Split Level, was spacious, clean, and had great amenities. the location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk away from the main street and all the shops and restaurants. the convenience was a huge plus for us.

The food served during the lunch and dinner was a disappointment. the variety and taste could definitely be improved.
