The staff, especially Georgia and Katrina, provided exceptional customer service and were very helpful in arranging transportation and providing information about the area. Stayed at Symphony Suites Santorini for 3 days and everything was superb with a beautiful view of Fira and Oia. Ideal location with a 10-15 minute drive to Fira and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Georgia, our host, was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Highly recommend!

As for the breakfast option, it could have been a bit more varied.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing view, friendly staff, and well-equipped suite. The breakfast was great and the small gift when we left was a nice touch.

While the breakfast at Symphony Suites Santorini was good, I felt that it could have offered a wider variety of local products and fresh juices. Additionally, although the jacuzzi was enjoyable, it would have been better if it was cleaned from the sand on a daily basis.

I stayed at Symphony Suites for one night during my transfer from one island to another. The room was immaculately clean and had a great view of the volcano and the cities of Fira and Oia. The staff, especially Rebecca, was wonderful and even prepared a delicious take-away breakfast for us because we had to leave early for our flight. The added touch of a bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice bonus. a top-notch experience with great value for money.
