I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, just a few minutes' walk to public transports and close to the Galata Bridge. The staff, especially Furkan, Eyup, and Ufuk, were incredibly friendly and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a Turkish Bath downstairs that was absolutely incredible. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from, including a great selection of cheeses. the staff and the location were the best aspects of this hotel.

I recently stayed at The Galata Mgallery for three nights during my visit to Istanbul. The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas within walking distance. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself was situated in a quiet spot, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The room was always kept clean and provided a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The rooftop bar was a highlight, as was the fantastic breakfast. I recently stayed at the Galata Istanbul Hotel for a long weekend and had a perfect experience. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Galata Tower area, with plenty of restaurants, shops. It's also within walking distance of major historical sites like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The newly decorated room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the terrace bar had a stunning view of the city.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk away from Galata Tower and the Galata Bridge. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes in the vibrant area of Karakoy. The staff at the hotel is remarkable, providing exceptional service and creating a great ambiance throughout. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, including a nice room service and a wide range of options. The hotel also offers a pleasant view of the Bosporus from some rooms, adding to the overall experience.

There is one downside to the hotel. Some guests have mentioned that there is a noise issue due to the outdoor bar, which plays loud music until 2AM most nights of the week.

The decor and atmosphere of the hotel were charming and romantic, creating a lovely ambiance for our escape. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions and offering stunning views. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar, where we spent evenings sipping cocktails and taking in the beautiful cityscape.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the communication with the staff was challenging at times, as their English skills were limited.

The breakfast was diverse and included an on-site egg station and fresh juice made to order, which was a nice touch. An added bonus was the wonderful shower with great pressure and temperature.

We didn't appreciate the pushy sales tactics at check-in, with offers to upgrade the room and join a loyalty program. We also had difficulty accessing the free spa time advertised to guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at The Galata. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist warmly greeted us and allowed us to check in early. Our room had a stunning view of the Galata Tower and a spacious balcony. The room itself was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to both the metro and tram stations. The staff, especially Mr. Baran at the reception, were extremely polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Istanbul.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Galata Tower and in a calm area. We were able to easily explore the city and visit popular sights such as the bridge and Karaköy pier.
