During my stay, the air conditioning was inadequate in common areas, making the lobby and corridors quite uncomfortable. My mattress was not particularly comfortable, which hindered my overall rest. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was disappointing. many hot items were lukewarm and didn’t seem fresh, which was frustrating during my meals.

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Nancy, who never failed to check in on us and anticipated our needs. The breakfast was a feast, and my kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. they spent hours just splashing around.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you get what you pay for and it was worth it.

Our family loves the excellent customer service from staff like Jenny and Joy. The hotel's location strikes a perfect balance—close to the bustling center yet situated on a quiet side street. The spacious junior suite and the beautiful rooftop pool made our stay even more enjoyable, especially for the kids.

The only downside was a slightly inconsistent Wi-Fi connection during our stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was perfect for walking to explore the old town after visiting the local market and Japanese Bridge. Breakfast was great, staff friendly, and it was cool having bikes to ride around. Don't miss the fantastic spa for a massage, excellent value!

The service at little was exceptional. staff always greeted us with warmth and readiness to help (shoutout to link and nancy! ). daily housekeeping was prompt, and the food was consistently delicious, from breakfast to dinner.

I took advantage of the free bicycles and explored the nearby areas comfortably. After a full day of sightseeing, the spa was a treat, making my days feel complete. I appreciate the little insights from the staff, who guided me wonderfully. My partner and I were glad we stayed here, making our trip memorable.
